We want you to be completely satisfied with our products.  If you wish to return an undamaged item for a refund or credit, we're happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery, shipping not included.

To return an item, contact us by:
- email using the Contact Us form (click here)
- fax Customer Service at 541-330-0460 at any time
- telephone customer service at 541-420-6871 between 9 AM - 5 PM Pacific time, Monday - Friday, or leave a voicemail.  We'll promptly return your call.

On returns, you will receive an Item Return Code (IRC) number.

When shipping your return, please include:
 - the IRC code number 
 - a copy of your packing slip/receipt
 - the reason for the return so that we can continue to uphold our standards

You are responsible for shipping costs and insurance for all returns and exchanges.  For your security, we recommend returning items with an insured courier such as UPS or Federal Express.  Remember to keep a copy of the packing slip.  If we made an error on your order, we will gladly pay to ship your return at the surface rate.
